I’ve been a registered massage therapist since 2022 and have since furthered my education with additional trainings for prenatal & pediatric massage therapy. This includes training in high risk pregnancies, trimester specific massage care, infant massage & teaching basic pediatric massage to caregivers.

A little more about me: I’m a proud mama of two -a lively 4 year old daughter & a busy one year old son. I’m all about cozy family time, whether it’s Friday pizza & movie nights, Saturday morning trips to the farmer’s market, or taking our dog for a walk. And yes, while I love a good hot coffee or tea, more often than not, it’s cold before I get to finish it!
